We built our culture together. How? By asking everyone at CARite what our values should be and by using that direct feedback as the foundation for who we are. Our values are more than sound bytes - Our values guide who we reward and what we tolerate.

We may not act on every single suggestion, but we will respond to every single one We share the rationale for what we don't do and the timeline for what we plan to do - We know that the best ideas come from our team members and if we want ideas to keep flowing we have to show that we listen . Evolving our culture, and our Company, is a team effort.
We fail and succeed as one family. We are not a 'gotcha' workplace. When things go wrong, as they invariably do, we stick together. John P. Neary
President & CEO
John is the CEO of CARite. Prior to joining CARite John served as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Information Officer for a publicly traded finance company. He holds an MA and BSc Degree in Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin.
Chief Administrative Officer
Jeannie is CAO of CARite with responsibilities for all Company support functions (including IT, Marketing and HR). Prior to joining CARite Jeannie worked in auto finance. She holds a degree in business (BA) from Cardinal Stritch.
Chief Financial Officer
Scott serves as our CFO. Prior to joining CARite Scott led Mergers & Acquisitions at Compuware Corporation. Scott holds a BS and MS degree from Purdue University. Scott has over 20 years of public accounting experience.
